Responsibilities

• Operate the dishwasher to properly clean all dishes and cooking utensils used in the kitchen and restaurant
• Scrub pots
• Re-stock all supplies in the assigned areas
• Perform general kitchen cleaning duties including cleaning and mopping of the kitchen floors and trash removal
• Maintain cleanliness in all kitchen areas, Team Member cafeteria, and loading dock
• Perform general/routine cleaning tasks using standard hotel cleaning products to adhere to health standards
• Clean up unexpected spills or execute special guest requests
• Support co-workers with their job duties and function as a team player

Requirements

• Ability to communicate in English
• Self-starting personality with an even disposition
• Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times
• Ability to communicate well with guests
• Willingness to assist co-workers and work as part of a team
• Ability to withstand prolonged periods of standing and/or walking
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
