Responsibilities

To succeed in this role, you will:

• Show Up Ready: Come Prepared, stay sharp, and start strong by setting up a clean and organized dish area and following daily routines and cleaning checklists
• Own What You See: Take Responsibility by cleaning and restocking dishes, plates, glasses, and kitchen tools, and keeping the back dock, trash areas, and kitchen floors clean and safe
• Stay in Sync: Communicate often with the kitchen team to keep clean supplies moving and stations ready, and with managers and teammates to stay ahead of kitchen needs
• Make It Personal: Take pride in keeping the heart of the restaurant running smoothly and create a clean and welcoming environment for both guests and teammates
• Add a Touch: Go beyond cleaning by helping with light kitchen prep or receiving deliveries when needed, and keep dish machines and kitchen equipment clean and in good condition

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• Previous restaurant experience preferred
• Positive attitude and strong sense of teamwork
• Ability to stay active and focused in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• Comfort working weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules
• Ability to read, understand, and communicate in English
