Location & Schedule

• Location: The Crestmoor at Green Hills, an Independent and Assisted Living with Memory Care senior community
• Must be available on weekends and holidays

Duties and Responsibilities

• Load, run, and unload the dish machine efficiently
• Keep the dish machine clean and report any functional or mechanical issues immediately
• Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware to ensure adequate levels of clean items for the dining room and kitchen
• Clean food preparation and production areas as required
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain a clean and sanitary environment
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management or leadership to support the smooth operation of the kitchen

Qualifications

• Ability to work in hot, wet, humid, and loud environments for extended periods
• Ability to lift, reach, bend, and stoop; work in a standing position for long periods; and safely lift bags, cases, and stacks weighing up to 60 pounds up to 30 times per shift
• Maintain exceptional hygiene and grooming habits
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
• Must be able to work holidays
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
