Responsibilities
- Wash and clean tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment.
- Keep the dish room and equipment clean and organized.
- Load, run, and unload dish machine.
- Maintain the dish machine and report any functional or mechanical problems immediately.
- Maintain all safety standards.
- Work in a hot, wet, humid, and loud environment for long periods of time.
- Stand for long periods of time (up to 10 hours).
- Safely lift bags, cases, and stacks weighing up to 50 lbs frequently.
Qualifications
- A firm belief that butter and bacon make everything better!
- No restaurant experience needed.
- Physically able to lift, reach, bend, and stoop.
- Flexible schedule to work Days Only.
