Dish Machine Operator | Full-Time | WinStar World Casino's Gran Via Buffet

Responsibilities

• Operates dish machine and three compartment washing sink.
• Ensures highest sanitation levels for all items previously used so that they may be used again in clean condition, free of any contamination risk.
• Follows all Safety Data Sheet (SDS) criteria, food and product safety, and Food and Beverage Policies and Procedures.
• Removes all trash and maintains loading and receiving areas in safe and clean condition.
• Restocks plates, glasses, pots, utensils and pans after cleaning.
• Cleans and sanitizes all food service areas and equipment.
• Maintains excellent attendance and is available to work events and varied schedules per business need.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or over.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment.
• Ability to communicate with team members, management staff and guest in a clear, business-like and respectful manner.
• Excellent guest service skills and ability to multitask, follow-up and complete tasks in a timely manner with minimum supervision.
• All employees must obtain a valid gaming license from the Gaming Commission prior to beginning work and are required to have the license renewed as mandated by the Gaming Commission.
