Dish Machine Operator (Entry Level)

About the role

The Dish Machine Operator is an essential member of the Food & Beverage Customer Service Team. They will be responsible for the back of house meeting regulations and ensuring their team can fulfill orders in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Support F&B Back of House Team Members to keep the kitchen areas (refrigerator, freezer, stove, dishwasher, and preparation area) clean, stocked, and ready for cooking.
• Prepare food, perform quality control on refrigerated/freezer items, and cook as part of the team.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• Desire to grow career and learn new skills
• Ability to obtain Gaming License
• Must be at least 18 years old to apply (enrolled tribal youth at least 16 can apply)
• Good to have but not required: previous experience working in the Food & Beverage Industry at a Casino and/or Hotel
• Washington State Food Handler's Permit (must be willing to obtain within 30 days of employment)
