Responsibilities
- Aid with discovery tasks, including document preparation and organization under attorney and paralegal guidance.
- Help draft basic correspondence, such as meet and confer letters, using provided templates and attorney feedback.
- Track deadlines, schedule depositions, and maintain case-related calendars.
- Organize and maintain case files, including tracking discovery requests and responses.
- Review documents to identify key information for cases.
- Communicate with clients to gather missing or necessary information.
- Support attorneys and paralegals with various case needs.
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties as required.
Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred.
- 1+ years of experience with discovery.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of learning case management systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
