Swim and Splash With Us! Our amazing children with disabilities need swim partners!
SNAPkids - Special Needs Aquatic Program is a community-based swimming program for children with disabilities and special learning needs. By volunteering your time, attention, and skills, it means a swimmer can participate and enjoy their time in the water! Our special swimmers rely on our volunteer helpers to create fun, meaningful connections, help build their confidence, and learn swimming and water safety skills. You must be at least 15 years old (young adults to retirees are welcome), a strong swimmer, and have a playful nature. We provide training and guidance.

Schedule
Commit at least one hour per week, (more are encouraged) for at least one seven week sessions (fall, winter, spring). Our classes are on Saturdays in Palo Alto during the school year.

The program runs alongside the school year. We swim during the Fall, Winter and Spring.
