Responsibilities

  • Leading virtual and in-person meetings with children and adults with developmental disabilities and autism
  • Speaking with family members, guardians, and caregivers
  • Administering structured assessments
  • Completing reports

Work setting & schedule options

  • This is a field-based remote position which will primarily allow you to work from home
  • Travel is required throughout Coeur d'Alene, Kootenai County and the surrounding region (up to 25%)
  • You may work Monday through Friday during daytime hours
  • You may also flex your schedule into the evening and weekends
  • Traditional full-time schedules and flexible part-time schedules are offered

Compensation & Benefits

  • $50,000 a year
  • Health, dental and vision insurance

  • FSA, 401(k) plan, and mileage expense reimbursement for work related travel

About The Role

This role involves assessing individuals to determine eligibility for home and community-based services that promote greater independence and wellbeing.

Qualifications

  • Professional or personal experience supporting people who are living with disabilities
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to meet goals with high degree of autonomy
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Relevant Work Experience: Direct Support Professional, Case Manager, QIDP, Social Worker, Service Coordinator, Client Advocate, or Caseworker
