DISA Project Manager
On-siteInformation TechnologyFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with headings
for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Must not repeat job title. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate like EEO etc. Must preserve all substantive info.
We need to parse the posting.
Let's extract sections:
- About the role: The opening paragraph(s) describing company and opportunity. The text: "Iron Bow Technologies is for people who believe trust is paramount, transformation is embraced, and the future is here, because "What we do matters!"We are a next generation solutions provider, delivering mission success across government, healthcare, and commercial industries. Iron Bow relies on our passionate people, long standing partnerships, and strategic thinking to solve your most critical challenges.Whether we team with clients, colleagues, or partners, we put each other first. These solutions will tie into the visibility and management of cost, schedule, and performance for our stakeholders. There are also other on-going smaller projects within DISA that fall under this position that the Project Manager would need to manage, but IDLS is the primary focus. The candidate must be comfortable working at a fast pace and capable of managing day-to-day operational requirements as well as strong note taking, documentation, and customer service skills. Candidates located in the Fort Meade area will be given preference for the role."
We can treat that as About the role.
- Responsibilities: The "HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT" bullet list (actually sentences). We need to extract each duty as list items.
List items from that section:

- Effectively work independently and in a team environment
We need to ensure we keep all.
- Requirements: maybe "SKILLS THAT DRIVE SUCCESS" includes qualifications and skills. But we have separate sections: Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to decide what goes where. The posting includes "SKILLS THAT DRIVE SUCCESS" with bullet list: BS +8-10 years’ project and project / program management experience. Experience can be substituted for education; Proven record of success in managing large, technically complex and dispersed projects end-to-end within a DISA environment; Secret clearance required; Top Secret clearance is preferred; PMP certification is highly desired; IAT III certification preferred; Knowledge of Project Management process; prefer to have DISA-specific experience in enterprise help desk solutions; Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; Excellent oral presentation skills and ability to present in front of small/large audiences including executives; Experience with application development and infrastructure is preferred.
Also "WHAT SETS YOU APART": 5 years' experience support large technically complex DISA programs; PMP; IAT III certification.
Also "TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS": This position has a strong preference for candidates based in FT Meade area. No travel is currently projected for this role.
Also "WHY YOU'LL LOVE IT!" includes benefits? It's more about motivation, not benefits. Could be considered Benefits? But they said only include Benefits if posting actually states them. The "WHY YOU'LL LOVE IT!" is more about why you'll love it, not explicit benefits like health insurance, 401k, etc. So we should not create Benefits section unless there are explicit benefits. There's no mention of salary, pay, schedule besides travel. So Pay and Schedule sections: we have no explicit pay or schedule info. Travel is not schedule. So we should not create Pay or Schedule sections.
We could create a "Schedule" section if there is info about work hours, remote, etc. Not present.
Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (maybe combine qualifications and skills?), Qualifications, Skills. But we need to avoid thin sections. Perhaps combine Requirements and Qualifications into one? But spec says use headings for those categories if content exists. We have content for both Requirements and Qualifications/Skills. Could separate: Requirements (maybe experience, clearance), Qualifications (education, certifications), Skills (technical skills). Let's parse.
From "SKILLS THAT DRIVE SUCCESS": includes experience, education substitution, record of success, clearance, certifications, knowledge, MS Office, presentation skills, app dev/infra. That's a mix of qualifications and skills.
"WHAT SETS YOU APART": 5 years' experience support large technically complex DISA programs; PMP; IAT III certification. That's more qualifications.
"TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS": preference for FT Meade area, no travel.
Thus we could have:
- Requirements: maybe "Candidates located in the Fort Meade area will be given preference for the role." plus maybe "Secret clearance required; Top Secret clearance is preferred." Also "Experience can be substituted for education" etc. But that's more qualification.
Better to follow typical job posting: Requirements = mandatory qualifications (experience, clearance, etc). Qualifications = preferred qualifications (certifications, etc). Skills = specific abilities.
Let's decide:
Requirements (mandatory):
- BS +8-10 years’ project and project/program management experience (experience can be substituted for education)
- Proven record of success in managing large, technically complex and dispersed projects end-to-end within a DISA environment
- Secret clearance required
- Ability to prioritize and react rapidly to short suspense deadlines
- Strong note taking, documentation, and customer service skills (mentioned earlier)
- Comfortable working at a fast pace and managing day-to-day operational requirements
- Candidates located in the Fort Meade area will be given preference (maybe preference not requirement)
But we can include as requirement.
Qualifications (preferred):
- Top Secret clearance preferred
- PMP certification highly desired
- IAT III certification preferred
- Knowledge of Project Management process; prefer DISA-specific experience in enterprise help desk solutions
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent oral presentation skills and ability to present in front of small/large audiences including executives
- Experience with application development and infrastructure is preferred
- 5 years' experience support large technically complex DISA programs (from WHAT SETS YOU APART)
- PMP, IAT III certification (again)
Skills (maybe):
- Strong note taking, documentation, and customer service skills
- Ability to develop schedules and plans
- Serve as primary escalation point
- Writing and editing of detailed Program Deliverables
- Building and developing relationships with strategic partner community
- Manage solution development and deployment adhering to best practices
- Assist with RFQs, RFPs and BOMs
- Develop and deliver technical proposals, LOEs, whitepapers and slide presentations
- Effectively work independently and in a team environment
But many overlap.
Given instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So maybe we combine Requirements and Qualifications into one section called "Requirements" (or "Qualifications") and have Skills separate. But we need to follow headings list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can include only those with content.
We have About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (maybe combine mandatory and preferred), Skills. We might not need Qualifications separate if we put all in Requirements. But we have both Requirements and Qualifications headings available; we could use both if we have distinct content. Let's try to split:
Requirements (mandatory):
- BS +8-10 years’ project and project/program management experience (experience can be substituted for education)
- Proven record of success in managing large, technically complex and dispersed projects end-to-end within a DISA environment
- Secret clearance required
- Ability to prioritize and react rapidly to short suspense deadlines
- Strong note taking, documentation, and customer service skills
- Comfortable working at a fast pace and managing day-to-day operational requirements
- Candidates located in the Fort Meade area will be given preference (maybe treat as preference but still include)
Qualifications (preferred):
- Top Secret clearance preferred
- PMP certification highly desired
- IAT III certification preferred
- Knowledge of Project Management process; prefer DISA-specific experience in enterprise help desk solutions
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

- Experience with application development and infrastructure is preferred
- 5 years' experience support large technically complex DISA programs
Skills (specific abilities):
