Primary Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of high-value client opportunities
- Source opportunities through CPA partners, networks, and referrals
- Drive opportunities from introduction to close
- Maintain CRM discipline
- Develop relationships with CPA partner firms
- Translate relationships into referrals
- Establish consistent engagement cadence
- Position Choreo as a strategic partner
- Lead high-conviction conversations
- Diagnose complex needs
- Deliver wealth strategies
- Closely onboard new clients
- Leverage planning, investment, tax, and estate capabilities to deliver cohesive recommendations
- Establish presence in Louisville
- Build COI relationships
- Expand local brand visibility
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 10+ years of experience in wealth management or advisory
- Proven ability to originate and close business
- Experience with CPA or professional services networks
- Strong financial planning expertise
- CRM experience
Preferred Skills
- CFP, CFA, CPA preferred
- Existing Boston network is strongly preferred
- Experience scaling a market
- Strong HNW client experience
