About the role
This role will advance people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience. You will partner with sales leadership, HR centers of excellence, and cross-functional stakeholders to align talent priorities with commercial execution. The position offers the opportunity to influence culture, talent strategy, and scalable people operations within a healthcare environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.
Responsibilities
- Own the pre-deal value strategy for IDN opportunities, including planning and assessments
- Architect standardized commercial constructs and measurement frameworks for BD MMS platforms
- Lead deal architecture and develop standardized contract and pricing frameworks
- Build and manage the financial deal model, ensuring alignment with revenue and outcomes
- Steward BD MMS’s multi-year capital plan connected with account strategies and portfolio risk
- Collaborate with Sales and Value Engineering to develop executive storylines and commercialization plans
- Engage provider C-suite executives to align on value and governance processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (PharmD, MSN/RN, MBA, MHA, MS) preferred
- 7+ years in healthcare operations, provider transformation, MedTech solution development, or value engineering
- Experience in financial/deal modeling and contract structures
- Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma/DMAIC and change management methodologies
- Established people management experience with coaching and mentoring responsibilities
Pay
$130,000 – $180,000 annually
