For our client, a leader in the Finance & Insurance space, we are seeking a Director of Valuations to support financial strategy, forecasting, and performance management initiatives that strengthen business visibility and decision-making. This role partners with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation, influencing enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a regulated financial services environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Responsibilities
- Assist in producing and reviewing appraisal and consulting assignments across various markets
- Manage client relationships throughout the appraisal process, from engagement to report delivery
- Coordinate procurement of due diligence materials for appraisal assignments
- Conduct property inspections, market research, and competitive analyses
- Train and mentor team members, providing guidance on projects
- Contribute feedback for enhancing proprietary valuation software
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, involving travel as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; preferred in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Master's degree preferred
- 5+ years of commercial and/or multifamily real estate appraisal experience preferred
- Active Certified General Appraiser license in good standing strongly preferred
- MAI designation or significant progress toward obtaining the designation preferred

Pay
$110,000 – $150,000 annually
