This role will drive strategic priorities, executive-level problem solving, and cross-functional execution on initiatives that matter most to the business. You will partner with senior leaders and teams across the organization to clarify priorities, coordinate complex work, and turn strategic decisions into measurable action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen operating cadence, decision quality, and enterprise execution within a life sciences environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main contact for US Integrated Product Strategy Teams, ensuring Market Access function involvement
- Develop and execute a strategic access plan for products over 3-5 years
- Coordinate with Patient Support, Marketing, and Customer Engagement for seamless strategy execution
- Ensure accurate annual forecasts in collaboration with Payer, Pricing, and Channel Strategy
- Socialize access strategies with Executive Leadership to highlight opportunities and challenges
- Collaborate to secure annual budgets and support tactical plans
- Ensure compliance and alignment of tactics with Legal and Marketing teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Health Policy preferred
- 7+ years of experience in pharmaceutical Marketing/Sales, Market Access or Managed Care Finance
- Deep understanding of US healthcare dynamics and pharmaceutical value drivers
- Experience in pharmacy benefit and specialty landscapes
- Successful track record in commercial pharmaceuticals execution and results
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to manage multiple projects with interdependent findings

Pay
$194,600 – $361,400 annually
