Director - Underwriting, Personal Lines

Responsibilities

• Establish research objectives and meeting business standards
• Direct analysis of organizational needs and workflow management
• Lead multi-line underwriting teams ensuring quality service delivery

• Facilitate successful collaboration across departments to enhance operations

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of personal lines underwriting leadership experience
• Strong grasp of underwriting operations and risk management
• Excellent people leadership skills to build high-performing teams
• Proficient in relationship building with agents and cross-functional teams
• History of leading major initiatives and fostering innovation

Pay

$122,000 – $214,000 annually
