About the role

The role involves leading and delivering UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) transformation projects across various modules such as UKG Pro, UKG Ready, and UKG Dimensions.

Responsibilities

• Managing client projects focused on process improvement, optimization, and workforce management
• Developing strategic roadmaps
• Facilitating design sessions with executives
• Producing high-quality deliverables based on data analysis
• Handling proposal development
• Contributing to new business activities
• Leveraging industry expertise to create innovative solutions

Qualifications

• Minimum of twelve years of relevant experience in strategy, transformation, workforce planning, or related advisory services
• Extensive project management and leadership skills
• Bachelor’s degree essential, with a preference for advanced degrees
• Proven expertise in UKG products and modules (UKG Pro, UKG Ready, UKG Dimensions)
• Experience with data analysis tools such as Tableau and Power BI
• Experience managing large datasets
