Director, UKG

About the role

A senior leadership position responsible for selling and delivering UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) transformation projects across multiple modules such as UKG Pro, Ready, and Dimensions. The role manages client projects focused on workforce management, process improvement, and operational transformation, leveraging market‑leading technology and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic design sessions with executive stakeholders.
• Develop high‑quality work products and create innovative solutions for clients.
• Drive business development activities, including proposal development and market solutions.
• Manage large data sets and utilize tools such as Tableau, SQL, and Power BI to support project objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in strategy, transformation, workforce management, or advisory services, preferably within a Big 4 or major consulting firm.
• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
• Proven leadership in managing projects, teams, and client relationships.
• Ability to travel and work in the United States without sponsorship.
