Director, U.S. Benefits
for section headings (e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate (EEO, legal, etc). Keep all substantive info.
We need to decide which sections have content.
We have:
- About the role: The description about Labcorp and the role: "Labcorp is a global leader... As we shape the future... Labcorp is seeking a Director, US Benefits to join our team in Raleigh, NC with the flexibility of a hybrid work schedule!" Also later: "The Director, US Benefits is responsible for overseeing and managing employee benefits programs within the United States..." That's also about role.
We can combine into an About the role section.
- Responsibilities: The list under "Key Responsibilities" bullet points.
- Requirements: Minimum Qualifications.
- Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications? Could be separate but we can combine as Qualifications (maybe Minimum and Preferred). The instruction: Use headings for sections like Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We have Minimum Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications. Could put under Qualifications heading, with subpoints? But we need to use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we can list each qualification as
- . Could separate Minimum and Preferred as separate
maybe with a note? But we can just list all qualifications under Qualifications heading, maybe with a note that some are preferred. However we must preserve all substantive info; we can include both Minimum and Preferred as separate lists with headings inside? But we cannot add extra headings beyond allowed? The instruction says use for section headings (e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but says use for section headings (e.g., those). Likely we should stick to those headings only. So we can have Qualifications heading and inside we can have two maybe with a preceding indicating Minimum vs Preferred. That's okay.
- Skills: There's a list of "Additional Job Standards" which includes skills/experience. Could be placed under Skills.
- Benefits: The posting includes benefits eligibility description: "Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan." Also mention for less than 20 hours etc. That's substantive benefits info. So we should include Benefits section.
- Pay: No salary info given. So we should NOT include Pay section because not stated.
- Schedule: The posting mentions hybrid work schedule: "with the flexibility of a hybrid work schedule!" and later: "Applicants who live within 35 miles of either the Burlington, NC or Durham, NC location will follow a hybrid schedule. This schedule includes a minimum of three in-office days per week at an assigned location, either Burlington or Durham, supporting both collaboration and flexibility." So we have schedule info. So include Schedule section.
We must not include boilerplate like EEO, legal, accessibility, privacy statement. Also remove duplicated lines.
We need to preserve all substantive information: The description about Labcorp, responsibilities, minimum qualifications, preferred qualifications, additional job standards, benefits eligibility, schedule details.
We must not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep specifics like "Lead the design, administration, and continuous improvement of all U.S. employee benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, wellness, and 401(k) plans." etc.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences.

We need to ensure we didn't miss any substantive info: The initial paragraph about Labcorp and the role includes many sentences about mission, etc. We should include that in About the role.
Also there is a sentence: "The Director, US Benefits is responsible for overseeing and managing employee benefits programs within the United States. This includes designing, implementing, and maintaining health, wellness, retirement, and other benefit plans to ensure they meet regulatory requirements and align with the organization's strategic goals. The role involves analyzing and selecting benefit vendors, negotiating contracts, managing benefits administration, and ensuring effective communication and education of benefits to employees. We must not repeat job title as heading; we are not.
We must not include "Job ID / requisition numbers". Not present.
We must not include duplicated lines: there may be duplicate sentences; we need to check.
