Responsibilities

- Lead treasury operations and enterprise cash management - Improve forecasting, liquidity planning, and overall cash performance - Partner with accounting, operations, procurement, and other business leaders to improve financial processes - Lead and develop a team while driving operational efficiencies - Provide financial insight and recommendations that support executive decision-making - Help shape the future direction of an important finance function

Requirements

We're looking for someone with: - Progressive treasury or corporate finance leadership experience - Strong understanding of cash management, forecasting, and working capital - Experience leading people and cross-functional initiatives - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills - A continuous improvement mindset with the ability to drive change - Experience supporting a complex, multi-location or multi-entity organization is a plus
