About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Director, Travel Services to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will lead and scale travel services operations across North America, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer support and strengthening service delivery models. The Director will shape scalable operating strategies, improve efficiency, and partner closely with cross-functional teams to align service performance with broader business goals. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who can build accountable, high-performing teams while driving measurable operational improvements in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and scale travel services operations across North America to deliver high-quality customer support
- Evolve the global operations and service model with scalable support strategies
- Develop operational strategies to improve efficiency and customer experience
- Inspire and develop high-performing teams focused on accountability and growth
- Own operational performance metrics and drive measurable improvements
- Champion AI and automation to enhance service delivery and reduce costs

Qualifications
- 10+ years in Operations, Customer Support, or Service Delivery, preferably in a global organization
- 5+ years of senior leadership experience managing large teams in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of building and transforming high-performing customer service operations
- Strong understanding of contact center operations and efficiency metrics
- Experience leveraging AI and automation in customer support

Compensation
$150,000 – $180,000 annually
