Responsibilities
- Provide enterprise leadership for TPM strategy and alignment with performance and regulatory expectations
- Establish standardized preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance frameworks
- Lead reliability and operational excellence initiatives to improve asset availability
- Sponsor and embed TPM pillars to drive a culture of continuous improvement
- Maintain executive accountability for maintenance compliance with cGMP and global standards
- Direct the enterprise CMMS/EAM and digital maintenance strategy
- Lead and develop maintenance leadership teams while collaborating with key stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial) or related field
- 10+ years of maintenance, engineering, or operations experience in a GMP life sciences environment
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing multi-site or large-scale maintenance programs
- Strong knowledge of TPM methodologies, reliability engineering, and CMMS/EAM systems
- Demonstrated success improving equipment reliability and reducing downtime in regulated manufacturing
