We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. The posting includes description (role description) which can be "About the role" or maybe "Responsibilities". The description includes many responsibilities. We can treat that as "Responsibilities". Also there is "Requirements" section. There's "Preferred Education & Experience" which could be "Qualifications" or "Preferred Qualifications". There's "Desired Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Behaviors" which could be "Skills". There's "Physical Demands" and "Work Environment" but those have placeholder "??Prolonged sitting?" etc. Those are not specific content; they appear as ?? placeholders. We should not include sections with filler. Also "Other Duties Perform other related duties as assigned." That's generic; could be included under Responsibilities maybe but it's vague. We could include it as part of Responsibilities but it's not substantive? It's a line but it's generic; maybe we can include it as part of Responsibilities but it's okay. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we can combine. We need to remove boilerplate: EEO, legal, application instructions, etc. Also remove "Job Type Full-time Description" maybe we keep job type? Not needed as heading. The instruction: do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. So we can include a short paragraph with job type maybe. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include all responsibilities bullet points etc. Use

  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. The posting has paragraphs, not explicit bullet lists. We need to decide what constitutes a list. The description includes sentences separated by periods. We could treat each sentence as a list item? Might be overkill. Better to keep prose in

for description sections, and only use

    • when there is an explicit list (like requirements). The requirements are listed as sentences separated by periods; not bullet list. But we could still treat each requirement as list item? The instruction: "Use
      • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits". If the content is not already a list, we could still format as list for clarity. However we must preserve all substantive information; converting sentences to list items is okay as long as we keep the text. It might be acceptable. We need to decide sections: About the role (maybe a brief summary). Responsibilities (the long description). Requirements (the bullet list). Qualifications (Preferred Education & Experience). Skills (Desired Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Behaviors). Possibly Benefits, Pay, Schedule: none present (no specifics). So we omit those. We also need to include a short paragraph for metadata like job type full-time. Could be a

at top. Let's extract content. Job Type Full-time: we can include a short paragraph: "

        Job Type: Full-time

". Now About the role: maybe we can summarize first paragraph: "The Director Technology and Innovation reports to the Chief Information Officer and is responsible for advancing the firm’s use of emerging technology, data, analytics, automation, and artificial intelligence." That's substantive. Could be About the role. But we could also treat that as part of Responsibilities. However we need a heading for About the role if we have content. Let's make About the role a short paragraph summarizing the role's purpose. Responsibilities: all the detailed duties after that first sentence. Let's capture them. We need to extract responsibilities text: Starting after first sentence? The description: "The Director Technology and Innovation reports to the Chief Information Officer and is responsible for advancing the firm’s use of emerging technology, data, analytics, automation, and artificial intelligence. The Director partners with business, practice, and technology leaders to translate needs into a prioritized portfolio of practical, scalable solutions that improve project delivery, operational performance, employee experience, and client value. This role guides initiatives from discovery and business-case development through pilot, implementation, adoption, governance, and value measurement. The Director also helps strengthen the firm’s data and AI capabilities by coordinating internal resources, external partners, standards, and responsible-use practices." Then there are subheadings: Technology Advancement Strategy and Roadmap, Data, AI, and Digital Innovation, Practice Enablement, Portfolio, Adoption, and Value Realization, Governance, Risk, and Responsible AI, Organizational and Team Leadership, Stakeholder, Financial and Vendor Management, Other Duties. We need to preserve all that. We could format each subheading as a

? But only allowed headings are

for section headings. We cannot use other headings? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but says use

for section headings. Likely they expect only those top-level sections. So we should not add extra headings; we can keep the content under Responsibilities as prose or lists. Thus we will put all responsibilities under a with

        Responsibilities

        and then maybe
        • for each bullet point (the subheadings and their details). We'll need to break down into list items.
