Director, Technical Program Management - GPN Tech

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver on critical business goals
• Drive architectural alignment and technical strategy for GPN initiatives
• Manage complex technical dependencies throughout the engineering lifecycle
• Enhance system scalability and resilience within GPN platforms
• Simplify technical complexities for stakeholders across various functions
• Develop and mentor a team of Technical Program Managers
• Ensure accountability and results through effective execution

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• 7+ years of experience managing technical programs
• 7+ years building data-intensive solutions using distributed computing
• 3+ years in cloud architecture (preferably AWS)
• 3+ years delivering large, complex programs
• Experience in regulated environments
• MBA or Master's in related technical area preferred

Pay

$230,400 – $263,000 annually
