Director, Technical Program Management

This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a Telecommunications & Hardware environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a high-performing team of project and program managers
• Develop and govern project management processes and tools for consistency and efficiency
• Lead project portfolio management, prioritizing initiatives and managing dependencies
• Ensure project adherence to timelines, scope, budget, and quality standards
• Optimize resource allocation against strategic priorities and customer commitments
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to support datacenter deployment
• Interface with executives, customers, and vendors to resolve issues and manage deliverables
• Proactively identify risks and implement quality assurance processes
• Drive organizational change initiatives related to PMO processes and tooling

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field; Master's degree (MBA or technical) highly desired
• 15+ years of project/program management leadership experience; 5 years in large-scale datacenter or cloud deployment programs
• Proven experience building and leading a Program Management Office in a high-tech environment
• Demonstrated success in a matrix leadership environment
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence across teams
• Strong business acumen to align projects with the company’s AI and datacenter strategy
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills with a focus on risk management

Pay

$272,000 – $425,500 annually
