Director, Tech Finance Operations & Transformation

About the role

This Director, Finance position is part of Global Payments' Technology & Product FP&A group. The team ensures Technology, Procurement and Finance stakeholders have the right information to deliver large and/or complex deals with vendors. Key responsibilities include PPR analysis and allocations, pipeline management, cash flow forecasting, ad-hoc trackers, approvals, and PRs/POs. Financial modeling of vendor agreements is also a key component.

Responsibilities

• Relationships with, and coordination of, multi-functional teams including Procurement, Finance, Technology, Controllership and Technical Accounting, Treasury and Project workstreams
• Ownership of Procurement Process Review (“PPR”) analysis and allocations for large and/or complex multi-year purchase agreements
• PPR Pipeline, Cash Flow forecasting and presentations
• Ad-hoc trackers, approvals, and PRs/POs
• Financial modelling of vendor agreements included in Business Cases
• Support for Procure-to-Pay finance and accounting teams
• Support of Procurement and Finance Integration, Separation and Transformation initiatives

Requirements

Knowledge of FP&A and Accounting principles, practices and processes in an international matrix organization. Understanding of Procure-to-Pay finance processes. Effective communication and ability to partner with non-finance teams. Strong critical thinking skills, using logic and reasoning to identify alternative solutions to problems. Ability to contribute strategically and operationally, while advancing best practices in Finance operations. Team leadership experience.

Qualifications
