Responsibilities
- Leverage academic support frameworks to help students navigate CMU's challenging curriculum
- Collaborate with staff to design and implement academic interventions for student cohorts
- Drive a consultative program management process that assesses and maintains the program's effectiveness
- Cultivate strategic campus partnerships to enhance student services and support
- Coordinate emergency relief resources and assist with material support for students
- Oversee a vibrant cohort experience through key transitional events and traditions
- Supervise program staff and manage operations to ensure effective student engagement
Qualifications
- Master's degree in education, higher education, leadership development, counseling, or a related field required
- Preferred in higher education administration
- 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in higher education institutions required
- Preferred 7+ years
- Strong oral and written communication skills essential
- Direct experience supervising staff and leading student initiatives required
- Knowledge of student development and learning theory preferred
Pay
$90,000 – $120,000 annually
