Director, Talent Management

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Talent Management to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will shape performance and growth strategies that strengthen the employee experience and support long-term organizational capability. You will connect talent review, succession planning, and career development into a cohesive framework that helps managers and leaders make better people decisions. The position also partners across the business to translate development priorities into practical programs, while using data, AI, and automation to improve talent processes at scale.
