Responsibilities

  • Oversee project timelines and ensure timely delivery of projects
  • Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and deliverables
  • Mentor junior developers to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to build long-term partnerships

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in software development or project management
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Passion for technology and innovation

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++
  • Experience with version control systems like Git
  • Knowledge of database management systems (DBMS)
  • Understanding of software design patterns and principles
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira or Trello

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
