Director, Supply Chain & Procurement

Position Summary

The Senior Manager, Supply Chain & Procurement is responsible for leading all aspects of sourcing, procurement, planning, inventory management, supplier quality, delivery assurance, logistics, and material availability. This role requires a hands-on leader who can develop long-term supply chain strategies while actively supporting daily manufacturing operations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years of progressive supply chain experience in Aerospace.
• 3+ years of leadership experience in aerospace, defense, or regulated manufacturing.
• Strong ERP/MRP experience.
• Understanding of Laboratory Sourcing Control (LCS) requirements.
• Proven supplier management and negotiation experience.
• Experience in Aerospace Manufacturing Supply Chain Management.

Preferred Qualifications

• APICS CPIM, CSCP, or CLTD.
• CPSM Certification.
• Lean Six Sigma Certification.

Compensation

Salary Range: $120,000-$160,000 (based on experience)
