Director, Strategy & Transformation

Responsibilities

• Lead teams through strategy definition and transformation project delivery
• Utilize finance and operational knowledge to align clients with strategic goals
• Develop standard finance processes and manage compliance
• Define roles, establish reporting structures, and ensure governance
• Evaluate current state and provide strategic recommendations for optimization
• Manage and measure project effectiveness aligned to implementation phases
• Act as liaison among stakeholders and development teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field
• 12+ years of related experience
• Proven leadership in Public Sector, Not for Profit, or Higher Education
• Experience managing senior-level client relationships
• Extensive finance and accounting expertise
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Project/program management or Agile certification is a plus

Pay

$203,900 – $441,780 annually
