Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning cycles and cross-functional goal-setting within RAAM
- Oversee coordination of RAAM team activities and facilitate communications
- Manage strategic projects critical to RAAM objectives
- Provide oversight and execution for significant programs enhancing risk adjustment
- Manage budget, purchase orders, and spend reduction initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, Economics, or relevant experience
- 3 years in a management or leadership role
- 3 years as a consultant or in strategy, preferably in healthcare
- 2 years in a healthcare-related field
- Proven ability to solve complex operational problems
