Director, Strategy and Operations - Data Cloud

Location: Pleasanton, CA – US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Compensation: $207,300 – $310,900 annually.

This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as a critical partner to the SVP & GM of Data Cloud
• Establish and optimize operational cadence and planning cycles
• Translate business strategy into actionable operational tasks
• Synthesize complex data for executive decision-making
• Oversee operational activities of the Data Cloud business unit
• Drive the adoption and execution of OKRs across the organization
• Lead high-impact cross-functional strategic initiatives

Qualifications

• 8+ years in business operations, strategy, consulting, or product management
• BA, BS, or equivalent in Business, Computer Science, or related field
• Deep experience in an enterprise SaaS environment
• Cybersecurity-focused experience preferred
• Proven ability to develop internal and external communication strategies
