Director, Strategy & Analytics

Responsibilities

• Leading business intelligence efforts to uncover and act on strategic opportunities
• Navigating the complexities of Medicare guidelines and credit balance management
• Managing a robust cross-functional project portfolio focused on optimizing recovery rates, accelerating speed to resolution, and ensuring compliance within Medicare and Credits
• Building and executing a tech-driven capability roadmap to advance our operational goals specific to Medicare billing and credit resolution
• Championing the use of AI and advanced analytics to fundamentally transform how we manage and resolve All Credits and Medicare accounts
• Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing team of managers and analysts
• Collaborating closely with ROPS leadership and presenting data-driven insights that make a substantial impact on DaVita's bottom line

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Healthcare Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in healthcare finance, revenue cycle management, or related fields
• Proven track record of leading and managing complex projects
• Experience with Medicare billing and credit resolution processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Pay

The Salary Range for the role is $115,000.00 - $183,000.00/year.
