About the role
The Director, Strategic Marketing Partner (Fast Track) role is a senior, enterprise-level position within DXC Technology. The role focuses on shaping and owning the marketing strategy for priority Fast Track offerings, translating business goals into clear, insight-led marketing direction, and partnering with senior business and functional leaders.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of enterprise-wide marketing strategies for priority Fast Track offerings, aligned to business growth objectives and customer needs.
- Guide quarterly and annual planning cycles, driving clarity, prioritization, and alignment across stakeholders.
- Partner with senior business and functional leaders to ensure marketing initiatives are commercially effective, differentiated, and outcome-focused.
- Translate business goals into clear, insight-led marketing briefs that set direction across planning, execution, and measurement.
- Champion a customer-centric approach, embedding customer insights and buyer journeys into Fast Track marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to scale and extend high-performing initiatives across markets, audiences, and offerings where relevant.
- Work collaboratively across marketing and communications functions, with Campaign Managers central to delivery, to enable high-impact, business-aligned programs and campaigns.
- Maintain regular engagement with business stakeholders, providing visibility into initiatives in planning and development and managing cadence to support timely approvals.
- Engage with Sales Enablement to support go-to-market readiness through education and enablement of key initiatives and programs.
- Review and communicate initiative performance with the business, embedding learnings to drive continuous improvement and stronger return on investment.
- Establish clear success measures for priority Fast Track initiatives, including pipeline contribution, revenue influence, adoption, and brand impact.
- Act as a trusted strategic advisor to senior leaders, demonstrating strong executive presence and the ability to influence prioritization and investment decisions.
- Navigate ambiguity and complexity to align diverse stakeholders and maintain momentum across a global, matrixed organization.
- Contribute to the evolution of repeatable Fast Track marketing frameworks and plays that improve speed to market and scalability.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of strategic B2B marketing experience, including senior or strategic leadership roles, ideally within technology or a comparable industry.
- Proven success developing enterprise-level marketing strategies that drive growth, revenue impact, or market share.
- Demonstrated experience presenting to executive audiences and aligning cross-functional teams.
- Strong financial acumen, including experience managing significant budgets and prioritizing investment based on impact.
- Proven experience navigating and influencing within a global, matrixed organizational structure.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, commerce, strategy, management, economics, or equivalent is required; a master’s degree is highly regarded.
