Director, Strategic Initiatives - Legal AI

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy-to-execution process for an assigned accelerator pillar
• Establish and manage the program's governance and operating structure
• Mobilize cross-functional teams across various departments
• Facilitate collaborative discovery sessions to align stakeholders
• Maintain an integrated view of project scope and resource management
• Define success metrics and track performance rhythm
• Champion rapid experimentation and maintain accountability for outcomes

Qualifications

• 7+ years in business transformation, strategic program leadership, or comparable experience
• Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with measurable impact
• Exceptional facilitation and stakeholder-management skills
• Strong analytical abilities with effective communication skills
• Experience in agile methodologies and performance metrics
• A customer-focused mindset with an interest in AI's impact on business

Pay

$137,200 – $254,800 annually
