- Offer free, portable MAJC Trading Cards for every hospitality worker, ensuring their skills and certifications travel with them across jobs
- Provide Academy courses with real certifications that land on workers’ profiles
- Foster a moderated community where peers and operators connect and share knowledge
- Deliver 24/7 AI-powered support for policy, recipes, scheduling, and shift challenges
