We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About us, About The Function, About The Role, Key Responsibilities (maybe broken into sub-sections? but we can just list responsibilities as a list), What You'll Bring (Qualifications/Requirements), Working with Us (maybe Benefits?), Rewards & Benefit (Benefits), maybe Pay (salary range), Schedule? Not present. We must not create sections without real content. So we include sections where there is content. We need headings:

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use those exact headings? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should use those headings if applicable. But we can also use other headings? It says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Likely they expect those headings exactly. However the posting has sections: About us, About The Function, About The Role, Key Responsibilities, What You'll Bring, Working with Us, Rewards & Benefit, Pay info. We need to map to allowed headings. We could use: - About us -> maybe not in list but we could still use

About us

(though not in examples). The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but suggests those as examples. Safer to stick to those headings where applicable. But we have content like "About us" which is not in list; maybe we can omit that heading and just put paragraph? However we need to preserve all substantive information. We could embed the About us content under a heading like

About the company

but not in list. Might be okay. Better to follow instruction: use those headings for sections we have. Let's map: - About us: could be considered "About the role"? No. Could be "About the company". Not in list. Might be okay to still use

About us

. The instruction didn't forbid other headings, just gave examples. I'll use

About us

. - About The Function: maybe

About the function

. - About The Role:

About the role

. - Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities

. - What You'll Bring: could be

Qualifications

or

Requirements

. We'll use

Qualifications

. - Working with Us: maybe

Benefits

? Actually Working with Us describes flexibility. Could be part of Benefits? But we have separate Rewards & Benefit section for benefits. Working with Us is about flexibility; could be a paragraph under Benefits? Might be better to make a section

Working with us

but not in list. Might be okay. - Rewards & Benefit:

Benefits

. - Pay: we have salary range:

Pay

. - Schedule: not present, so omit. We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID etc. We must use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So for responsibilities list, we need
    • . For qualifications list also
      • . For benefits list also
        • . For pay maybe just

. We need to preserve all substantive information. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. So we should remove lines like "Other Other Apply", "Job Description", "Recruitment Scam Warning", "Worker Type Regular Primary Location: Chicago Sales Office Additional Locations : Job Posting Start Date 2026-09-28". Also "Feel inspired? Then this may be the opportunity for you." maybe keep? It's part of Rewards & Benefit? Might be considered boilerplate but it's motivational; we can keep as part of Benefits section? Might be okay. We need to keep salary range line: "CHICAGO, ILLINOIS: SALARY RANGE IS FROM $149.625 TO $249.375 (ANNUAL)". Also note about additional rewards, benefits list. We need to keep benefits list: "US-based employees are eligible for healthcare benefits, retirement benefits , short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, wellness benefits and industry leading parental leave, among others." Also note about variability. We need to keep "At Diageo certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual incentive payment and stock awards." We need to keep "Flexibility is key to our success. Talk to us about what flexibility means to you so that you're supported to manage your wellbeing and balance your priorities from day one." under Working with Us. Now produce HTML. Structure:

          • Policy, Legislative & Regulatory Leadership: Anticipate and assess emerging legislative, regulatory and political developments that could create risks or opportunities for Diageo, its brands, customers and consumers; lead state-level policy strategy on issues affecting the beverage alcohol sector and Diageo's business, including taxation, market access and route-to-market, digital commerce and delivery, regulatory modernization, product and category treatment, responsible drinking, sustainability and other emerging issues; translate complex policy developments into clear commercial and reputational implications for senior leaders and business partners; develop policy positions, advocacy materials, executive briefings, testimony, talking points and other communications that articulate Diageo's perspective credibly and persuasively; provide timely, actionable counsel and recommendations to senior management on significant legislative and regulatory developments.
          • Stakeholder & Coalition Leadership: Develop and maintain trusted relationships with strategically important, elected officials, regulators, policy leaders and other external stakeholders across the region; build coalitions and third-party support around priority policy objectives, working where appropriate with customers, suppliers, business organizations, community partners and other stakeholders; represent Diageo within relevant state and national trade associations and help shape association strategy, priorities and advocacy positions; determine when Diageo should lead independently, work through a trade association or participate in a broader coalition to achieve the strongest policy outcome.
          • Business Partnership: Develop a deep understanding of Diageo's commercial strategy, route to market, brands and business model and incorporate that understanding into government relations strategy; build strong partnerships with Commercial, Legal, Finance, Regulatory, Supply and other functions to ensure policy priorities reflect business needs and that stakeholders understand the potential impact of government action; bring an external perspective into the organization by identifying political, regulatory and societal trends that may affect Diageo's long-term strategy; help business leaders understand the role government relations can play in enabling growth, managing risk and protecting Diageo's reputation and license to operate.
          • External Resource & Budget Management: Select, direct and manage state government affairs consultants and other external resources, setting clear objectives and ensuring strong performance and accountability; manage government relations resources and budgets effectively across the assigned region; ensure consultants and external partners operate consistently with Diageo's standards, policies and advocacy priorities.
          • Governance, Compliance & Reputation: Conduct all government relations activities with the highest standards of integrity and in accordance with applicable lobbying, ethics, disclosure and political-engagement requirements and Diageo policies; partner with Legal, Compliance and Corporate Relations colleagues to identify and appropriately manage political, regulatory and reputational risks; exercise sound judgment in representing Diageo externally and ensure advocacy positions reinforce Diageo's reputation as a responsible and constructive participant in public policy.
