Solutions Management
Solutions Management professionals collaborate with clients to design and deliver holistic solutions that address business and technical needs. They provide pre-sales technical advice and product demonstrations, work directly with customers to support product integration, and optimize the use and performance of Visa's products. Digital fluency, including the ability to work with emerging technologies like Generative AI tools, is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to design and deliver holistic solutions that address business and technical needs.
- Provide pre-sales technical advice and product demonstrations to customers, showcasing Visa product capabilities and integrations.
- Work directly with customers to support product integration and optimize the use and performance of Visa’s solutions.
- Leverage industry and technology knowledge to inform solution design and client support.
- Support the sales process by acting as a product technical expert and advisor.
Qualifications
- Basic Qualifications: 10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD.
- Potential Preferred Qualifications: 12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 8-10 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 6+ years of work experience with a PhD.
- Strong experience with Core Banking products, particularly within the U.S. market.
- Experience in product development methodologies.
- Experience in transforming business ideas into detailed requirements for technology teams to deliver new products or enhancements.
- Experience in data analysis, modeling, and visualization.
- Experience in managing simultaneous tasks and projects with multiple workstreams.
- Experience in project management and Agile development.
- Experience in systems thinking and understanding of software development processes, including API-driven solutions and cloud technology.
- Able to demonstrate strong hands-on technical awareness, with the ability to engage credibly with engineers, understand system architecture and APIs, and translate technical concepts into practical business outcomes.
- Experience in successful plan execution in fast-paced environments.
- Experience in operating independently and within a matrix/team environment.
- Experience in interacting effectively with external partners, including vendors, clients, and government regulators.
- Experience and willingness to travel.

The estimated salary range for this position is $173,100 to $276,800 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.
