Responsibilities
- Lead the Software Programs function within Technical Programs for various domains
- Build and evolve a high-performing team of software program leaders and TPMs
- Define the software program management operating model, focusing on roles and responsibilities
- Establish methods for capacity planning and resource balancing across domains
- Drive alignment on software scope and release content based on vehicle milestones
- Represent Software Programs in executive reviews and governance forums
- Own program health, manage risks, and ensure delivery readiness
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in complex software program management in automotive or safety-critical environments
- Proven leadership in building senior program management organizations across product lines
- Strong knowledge of vehicle software architectures and release lifecycles
- Ability to influence executive engineering leadership without direct authority
- Experience in managing delivery amidst ambiguity and competing priorities
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level discussions
- Direct experience in vehicle software integration and release management
