Director, Software Engineering-Portfolio Manager - Remote

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive portfolio strategy aligned with business priorities
• Establish governance processes, prioritization frameworks, and investment reviews
• Drive portfolio planning activities including annual planning and roadmap development
• Oversee execution of programs, ensuring delivery teams meet committed outcomes
• Establish and monitor portfolio-level delivery metrics and health indicators
• Implement risk management practices across all programs
• Build trusted relationships with senior leaders and influence strategic decisions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience in portfolio, program, project, or product management in technology
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing large, complex technology portfolios
• Experience in digital, consumer-facing healthcare, pharmacy, or enterprise technology
• Proven management of multimillion-dollar technology investments and budgets
• Experience presenting to executive leadership and influencing business decisions
• Strong financial, operational, risk management, and governance expertise

Pay

• $134,600 – $230,800 annually
