Director, Software Engineering & Development

We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (or Qualifications), Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Must include only sections with real content.
We have job description: Position Summary, responsibilities list, what we're looking for, required qualifications, preferred qualifications, success looks like, salary range, benefits mention.
We need to map to headings: About the role (maybe position summary), Responsibilities, Requirements (or Qualifications), Benefits, Pay, Skills? The instructions: Use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can choose appropriate headings.
We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. The text includes "Be aware of employment fraud..." that's boilerplate; remove. Also "For more information, please visit careers.ascensus.com/#Benefits." That's application instruction? Might be considered boilerplate; remove. Also "We do not anticipate..." etc maybe keep as part of Pay? It's about salary range. We need Pay section only if posting actually states them. It does state salary range: "The national average salary range for this role is $170-220k in base pay, exclusive of any bonuses and benefits." So we can include Pay section with that info. Also benefits: "Other rewards and benefits may include: 401(k) match, Medical, Dental, Vision, Paid-Time-Off, etc." So Benefits section.
Schedule not mentioned, so omit.
Skills: Could be derived from required qualifications but maybe we can put under Requirements or Qualifications. The instruction: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could have About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (including qualifications), Benefits, Pay.
We must not invent or summarize away detail. Must preserve all substantive information. So we need to include all details from the posting, but we can reorganize into sections.
We need to include the position summary text: "Ascensus is the leading independent technology and service platform powering savings plans across America, providing products and expertise that help nearly 16 million people save for a better today and tomorrow. Position Summary As a Software Engineering Manager, Enterprise AI Platform, you will lead a team responsible for building, operating, and continuously improving production-grade AI-enabled software. This role manages a cross-functional engineering team that may include: Software Engineers SDETs DevOps Engineers Support Engineers This is a hands-on engineering leadership role for someone who has strong software engineering experience, cares deeply about people development, and can help teams deliver practical AI-powered solutions with speed, quality, and discipline. While this is a management role, the person in this position is expected to stay close to the codebase and technical workflow. When the situation calls for it, they may contribute directly to implementation, debugging, automation, technical spikes, or code reviews to help the team move faster, remove blockers, or solve critical problems."
We need to preserve that. Could be under About the role.
Responsibilities: bullet list from "You will be responsible for:" list.
What We’re Looking For: could be part of Requirements or Qualifications. But we have separate Required Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications sections. We could combine them under Requirements (or Qualifications). The instruction says we can use Requirements or Qualifications heading. We'll use Requirements.
We need to include all required qualifications bullet points, preferred qualifications bullet points, and "What Success Looks Like" maybe could be part of Responsibilities? But it's separate; maybe we can include under Requirements as well? But it's more about success metrics. Could be its own section? Not listed in allowed headings but we could use "Qualifications" for required and preferred, and maybe "Skills" for success looks like? However success looks like is more about outcomes; maybe we can treat as part of Responsibilities? But better to create a section "What Success Looks Like" but not in allowed headings; we could map to "Requirements" or "Skills". The instruction says use those headings as examples, not exhaustive? It says "Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." So we can use those exact headings; we shouldn't invent others. So we need to fit all content into those headings.
Thus we can have:
- About the role (position summary + maybe what we're looking for? but we can keep responsibilities separate)
- Responsibilities (list)
- Requirements (include required qualifications, preferred qualifications, what success looks like? maybe we can treat success looks like as part of requirements? It's more about expectations; but we can include under Requirements as bullet points.)
- Benefits
- Pay
We must not omit any substantive info. Let's extract all substantive info:
