About the role

The role of Director/Senior Director of Biologics involves leading a team responsible for developing and commercializing biologic products. This includes strategic planning, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with external partners.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans for biologic product development and commercialization.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and manage regulatory submissions.
  • Collaborate with external partners to advance biologic research and development.
  • Lead a team of biologics professionals to achieve project goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biology, etc.)
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in biologics development and/or commercialization.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of biologics regulations and guidelines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (MBA, PhD) preferred.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical industry or related field.
  • Knowledge of biologics manufacturing processes and quality control.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
