About the role
The role of Director/Senior Director of Biologics involves leading a team responsible for developing and commercializing biologic products. This includes strategic planning, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with external partners.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans for biologic product development and commercialization.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and manage regulatory submissions.
- Collaborate with external partners to advance biologic research and development.
- Lead a team of biologics professionals to achieve project goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biology, etc.)
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in biologics development and/or commercialization.
- Proven leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of biologics regulations and guidelines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Advanced degree (MBA, PhD) preferred.
- Experience in pharmaceutical industry or related field.
- Knowledge of biologics manufacturing processes and quality control.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
