Director/Senior Director, Global Market Access
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the US pricing and reimbursement strategy for TX‑01, ensuring optimal coverage and access across US payers.
- Develop and lead US payer value positioning and negotiations, leveraging strong knowledge of US reimbursement pathways.
- Serve as the US market access strategic lead for launch, working cross-functionally with Medical, Regulatory, and Commercial teams.
- Develop and steer the US global pricing and reimbursement strategy for Miglustat, ensuring alignment with the global strategy.
- Support and advise global and regional teams on pricing governance, access risks, and value positioning in rare diseases.
- Attend and provide strategic insights to governance meetings, with the aim to influence the strategic plan of Miglustat formulation worldwide, on a short and medium term.
Requirements
Senior, strategic market access leader with proven experience in US payer engagement and negotiations.
Experience of 8-10 years in pharma industry and/or consultancy, ideally within rare/orphan diseases.
Deep understanding of the US healthcare and reimbursement environment, with the ability to conduct successful negotiations with US payers.
Strong ability to influence global P&R strategy based on US market realities.
Comfortable operating in a global, matrix organization, middle size, French family-owned company with high visibility and impact.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree (BS/BA) required, preference for science background.
- Advanced degree (MBA/MPH) preferred.

Pay
The expected compensation for this position includes a base salary range of $250,000–$280,000, in addition to an annual bonus of 20%, based on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
Schedule
Hybrid WFH/WFO - Office based in Bedminster, NJ.
