Responsibilities
- Formulate and drive a GRC roadmap and develop security policies
- Lead compliance programs and audits for GDPR, SOC2, HIPAA, and ISO 27001
- Establish and improve audit and compliance management processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Engineering, Product, GTM, Legal, and HR
- Oversee IT operations with a focus on security best practices
- Coordinate with external auditors for compliance certifications
- Report on operational metrics and KPIs to company leadership
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in security compliance and risk assessment
- Proven ability to lead compliance projects and audits
- Experience with FedRAMP (NIST 800-53), GDPR, SOC2, HIPAA, ISO 27001
- Background in cloud/SaaS technology with Engineering teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- PREFERRED: Experience at a Big Four consulting firm or reputable SaaS provider
- PREFERRED: Background in Engineering or Computer Science

$250,000 – $300,000 annually
