Director, Security Assurance and Compliance

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Security Assurance and Compliance to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This leader will own a critical security assurance and compliance function that strengthens trust across the organization’s technology operations and customer commitments. The role will drive automated control monitoring, continuous evidence collection, and risk governance in close partnership with engineering, security, and business stakeholders. A key focus will be balancing regulatory rigor with practical execution while elevating the team’s ability to support scalable, audit-ready compliance practices. The position also calls for independent judgment in security reviews, strong oversight of third-party and business continuity risk, and leadership that helps shift the organization toward more automated and efficient compliance processes.
