About the role

The Director, SAP Development oversees and manages the SAP development team, delivering high-quality, scalable solutions that align with business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP development activities for multiple projects and application management services (AMS) support.
• Drive technical design solutions and innovations using SAP ABAP, FIORI, and BTP.
• Define, implement, and enforce development standards and best practices for SAP development, including clean core methodology.
• Oversee vendor or AMS-delivered developments, ensuring timely delivery of solutions meeting both business and technical standards.
• Work effectively in cross-functional, global teams across different time zones to achieve project goals.
• Conduct and manage regular code and documentation reviews to maintain high quality and compliance with standards.
• Stay informed about SAP technical roadmap and innovation, recommending adoption where value can be realized.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• More than 7 years of experience in SAP Development.
• More than 7 years of experience in process mapping, design, configuration, and customization of SAP solutions.
• Strong proficiency in SAP ABAP, FIORI, BTP, RPA, SAP AI solutions, and integrations.
• Prioritization of relevant SAP certifications.

Qualifications

Preferable certifications: SAP certifications.

Knowledge of SAP ABAP, FIORI, BTP, RPA, SAP AI solutions, and integrations.

Benefits

Competitive total compensation package, including an estimated annual salary range of $163,500 - $218,000 USD for United States applicants.
