Director, Salesforce Technical Platform

About the role

This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Salesforce Platform Operations strategy aligned with business priorities
• Partner with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and ensure operational readiness
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across various operational processes
• Develop business-focused concepts and recommendations including risk and cost-benefit analysis
• Manage and optimize the cost to run the Salesforce platform including licenses and services

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or related field or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of IT experience with progressive responsibility; 5+ years in leadership roles preferred
• Demonstrated experience with enterprise SaaS platforms, especially Salesforce
• Familiarity with IT service management practices and operational governance
• Experience in budget and vendor management preferred

Pay

$150,000 – $180,000 annually
