About the role
This is a critical management role responsible for supporting upcoming product launches, driving decisions, providing guidance in specific problem-solving areas, ensuring best practices, building a quality mindset, and removing obstacles. This role manages a diverse team of 6 resources across multiple geographic locations.
Main Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Management:
- Lead and develop a team of 6 professionals across multiple geographic locations

Technology Expertise:
- Demonstrate proficiency in Salesforce clouds (Health Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Data Cloud)
- Maintain solid understanding of Veeva CRM and Veeva Engage to support Patient Events
- Demonstrate working knowledge of integration technologies including IICS, AWS, Snowflake, and Python
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends relevant to patient experience
- Apply technical expertise to solve complex problems and drive innovation

Product Launch Support:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of product launches
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with peers, internal stakeholders, and external vendors
- Ensure alignment with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Engineering, and Architecture teams
- Develop and implement launch strategies that prioritize patient needs and experience
- Monitor launch metrics and KPIs to measure success and identify areas for improvement

Quality & Compliance:
- Champion quality-focused approaches throughout the development lifecycle
- Implement left-shifting activities in the SDLC to identify and mitigate risks early
- Ensure adherence to Sanofi Patient Services standards and compliance requirements
- Maintain strict protocols for patient data safety, including PHI/PII protection and GDPR compliance
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements
- Stay informed about evolving healthcare regulations and their impact on patient services
About You
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MS, MBA) preferred
- 10+ years of total professional experience in digital patient support services role, of which at least 3 years must include leadership experience managing geographically dispersed technical teams
- Pharmaceutical or healthcare industry experience required, strong understanding of patient services operations in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
- Proven experience with Salesforce Health Cloud
- Track record of successful product launches and technology deployments
- Deep understanding of healthcare data privacy regulations (HIPAA, GDPR)
- Experience with PHI/PII data handling and patient data safety protocols
- Ability to influence senior leadership and navigate complex stakeholder environments
- Advanced skills in Agile delivery, product collaboration, compliance, and digital strategy
- Fluent in English
Preferred Qualifications
- Additional Salesforce platforms experience (Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Data Cloud)
- Working knowledge of integration technologies (IICS, AWS, Snowflake, Python)
- An additional language beyond English is a plus
