Director, Salesforce and Customer Platforms

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Salesforce and Customer Platforms to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This leadership role will shape the strategy and execution for customer-facing technology platforms that support service delivery and operational effectiveness. You will guide roadmap priorities, strengthen platform reliability, and partner closely with business, technology, security, and compliance stakeholders to ensure the environment scales responsibly. The position also carries significant budget ownership and team leadership responsibilities, with an emphasis on modernization and predictable delivery across mixed internal and external teams.
