About the role

The Director, Sales Training and Enablement is responsible for building CENTEGIX's internal enablement function from the ground up. This role owns how sellers learn the CENTEGIX story, products, and sales methodology as the company scales. You will design and own the curriculum, certifications, and measurement systems that accelerate new hire productivity and elevate tenured sellers. This is a delivery-first role: you will personally facilitate the majority of live training across in-person, remote, and video formats, from new hire cohorts to sales kickoffs to ongoing skill sessions. This individual contributor role is foundational to CENTEGIX's next stage of growth, ensuring capability and confidence scale alongside headcount.

Responsibilities

  • Own the CENTEGIX sales methodology end-to-end: select/adapt the framework, train it, reinforce it, and embed it into CRM stages, deal reviews, close plans, and forecast conversations to ensure consistency.
  • Personally facilitate live training on a regular cadence, including new hire onboarding, sales kickoff, and recurring skill sessions, delivered in-person at Atlanta HQ, remotely for distributed sellers, and via recorded video for on-demand learning.
  • Design and deliver a structured selling skills curriculum covering discovery, qualification, objection handling, negotiation, and product-specific selling scenarios.
  • Coach sellers on live opportunities and partner with sales managers to reinforce methodology in one-on-ones and pipeline reviews.
  • Build and manage a certification program to verify seller readiness at each stage, from onboarding through tenured performance.
  • Own and continuously evolve training on the CENTEGIX story, mission, and product suite, translating capabilities into buyer-centric selling scenarios for each vertical.
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, and Sales leadership to keep enablement content current with product updates, positioning, and competitive landscape changes.
  • Audit and consolidate existing content, curating a single organized source of truth and translating top-performer insights into teachable material.
  • Establish metrics to measure enablement effectiveness (e.g., ramp time, certification completion, methodology adoption, win rate) and report impact to leadership.

Requirements

  • Exceptional live facilitation skills across in-person, remote, and video formats, with a proven track record of delivering training to sales audiences.
  • 7+ years of experience in sales training and enablement, ideally within a scaling SaaS or B2B technology company.
  • Deep expertise in at least one formal sales methodology (e.g., MEDDIC/MEDDPICC, Challenger, Command of the Message, Sandler, SPIN), including experience rolling it out and driving adoption.
  • Prior experience carrying a quota or leading sellers; credibility from having "sat in the seat" is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success partnering with sales leadership and frontline managers to reinforce training through deal coaching and pipeline reviews.
  • Proven experience designing and owning a training curriculum from scratch, including certification and measurement frameworks.
  • Experience delivering training that demonstrably changed seller performance, not just completion rates.
  • Familiarity with enablement and learning technology (e.g., LMS platforms, content management systems, video coaching tools).
  • Ability to teach technical product concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Comfort operating cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and People Operations.
  • Self-motivated builder who thrives in environments without an existing playbook.

This role is remote with up to 20% travel, including regular onsite presence at our Atlanta headquarters for in-person training and hands-on product activities.

Qualifications

  • Systems thinker who connects product knowledge, selling scenarios, and leadership conversations holistically.
  • Balances patience with high standards, measuring not just training completion but its impact on selling behaviors.
  • Experience diagnosing weak qualification stories and coaching sellers with respect.

Benefits

  • Remote-first work environment with workplace flexibility.
  • Participation in company-wide discretionary bonus.
  • Fifteen days of PTO plus twelve company holidays.
  • Three days of paid sick leave and one floating holiday.
  • Monthly device reimbursement.
  • Up to $2,500/year reimbursement for eligible education expenses.
  • Comprehensive healthcare plans (medical, dental, vision).
  • 401(k) plan with 4% employer contribution.
  • Employee referral bonus program.
  • Charitable program match.
